jhakati Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 As much as everyone wanted it for Sachin, couldnt be happier for this absolute champion. The last 1 year with all his injuries, losing his test spot, fallout in IPL etc. must have been the hardest of his life. For a guy with his talent to top his career with a WC win and a WC player of the tournament performance is sweet justice to his efforts all his career B->B->
Ranjha Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 Yup being a yuvi fan for 10+ years, yhis was an emotional moment for me but I expected big things from Yuvi and he has delivered in 2007 wct20 and 2011 worldcup. I expect bigger things from him still. Wrll done yuvi bwoy.

DomainK Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 What a comeback! It has to be one of the most thrilling comebacks for a batsman.Till a few days ago his place in the team was uncertain with many calling for his head. Then he goes on to win the world cup for his team. It's a fairy tale.
NareshK Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Great series for him. 4 Man of the Match awards with crucial runs and wickets to boot. Especially that knock against Australia under pressure.
ZodiaC Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 One of the best comebacks ever. A few months before, he was ridiculed by many and his place in the team was questioned. Full credits to Yuvi the champ for once again rising to the occassion and leading us to the world cup
