Delhi is producing some good talent but I dont consider shikhar dhawan, manhas, sangwan, rajat bhatia very talented. They are good enough for domestic cricket though.

But Delhi probably has more far more per-capita talent coz its inhabited by talented people from all indian states (esp the north indian states).... However, this thread is for comparing current cricketing talents across india frm various cities\states...
