If I had a child who was born handicapped, I would have put him in a "Handicapped National Team". I wouldn't have cried foul because my kid cannot bowl straight because of a Hyper-Extension in his arm and beeech and moan about it and make the Cricket Body change its rules for my kid, like some countries did. And here is the worse part, both these f--kers can bowl legally if they want to, but they both know their main wicket taking deliveries have to be illegal and under the protection of ICC and crying foul took advantage of it, which according to me is nothing short of a sin.

You can present any amount of Video Evidence and Send me to any number of tests to the deserts of Australia, just answer a very simple question of mine:- How do you know Murali did not chuck the 5 delivery of 22nd over in a Test Match? And here is even more:- You can put me through any number of tests and and I will come clean, but I will also let you know that I will "chuck" come match time. And I can do it, what is preventing Murali and Chucktar from doing so? Point is there is NO CORELATION -- none what so ever -- between what is going on -- off the field -- and on the field. It is quite baffling to me as to how ICC has approached the problem of chucking and the ways it is trying to resolve it.

Does anybody remember this moron called Shabbir Ahmed? I almost fell off of my chair the 1st time I saw him. I was like , is this "cricket"? And this moron went on to play at least 1 test series and may be more, before ICC decided to ban him. The reason I bring this guy up is -- his action is so smooth uo until the point where he chucks, it is not even bloody funny. Murali and Chucktar took advantage of their odd not so smooth action.

Holding isnt saying that. There is a 15 degree straightening of the elbow joint allowed once bowler is in process of turning his arm. But while bowling a doosra the spin comes from the wrist and not the fingers. So to generate velocity the elbow needs to straighten more than the limit. Of course it can be bowled with a less than 15 degree straightening, but that would require more practise and the delivery wont turn like a rank leg break. The only way to bowl a completely clean doosra is to have so much flexible wrists that you dont need your straighten your arm to generate pace. I saw some video on this where a bowler had wrists like elastic, he was able to bowl a doosra fully legally. Saqlain was the only one who made the effort to bowl the doosra with the straight arm, even some of his deliveries were chucked but they were so few and far between that he never got called.

Murali is not a chucker after the new rules were brought in. It is not like ICC gave him a special relaxation due to his arm which is naturally bent. The 15 degree rule applies to everyone and the ones without any physical problems exploit the rule more than Murali

IMO bowling action of any player, who is suppose to play in International matches should be checked before he is allowed to play it .[Though I feel it should be made compulsory even at domestic tournaments like Ranji etc ] Every nation which plays test cricket should keep bowling checking kit/equipment[no need to send players to Australia for every suspecting action]
