Karan114 Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 england at home in test are far better than saffers Right, and yet they lost a Test series at home to India, which according to you is the most overrated team in the world? :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:

Sachin=GOD Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 i dont see whats so funny this england team has improved a lot in test the only thing they have done is to beat the Aussies to win the Ashes. Now lets be honest - the Aussie team is no longer the invincible team so its not exactly a big deal to beat them now. England is a good team at home but IMHO people are overestimating them.

ganeshran Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 ^ Our bowlers will come good on helpful English tracks. Just wait and see.
Dhruv200 Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 your team is overrated you're batsman will be exposed this summer( barring probably laxman and sachin) and your bowlers are crap anyway i know Pakistan is crap at the moment so no need to compare Mohammed Yousuf does the name ring the bells not even he could save Pakistan from getting bowled out for lowest test scores in last summer.
Dhruv200 Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 yes a very good team at home plus you lack the bowlers to do any significant damage someone will need to step up with Zak And you have bowlers who couldnt beat third string west indies side in last test :finger:
Rana Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 Whats the use if u have bowlers but u dont win the matches couldnt even beat weaker west indies side india has won on bouncy pitches like durban perth headingley where as pakistan sucked in aus and eng lets wait till ur team gets to south africa So What? You lot insist on how pakistan sucked here and there yet you are number 1, ever seen Australian fans bragging about their rival's bad performances? Grow up! why make it harder for yourself, for one day it could be you in our position and then what answer will you have? Have you not forgotten, Australia 88 all out???????????? I would be suprised if India manage somethinglike that against Bangladesh on a track that suits bowlers, highly unlikely, could be vice versa.

What is the use of bowling fast (which your team cant do nowadays) when the Windies batsman score more than your batsman against your "strong" bowling attack (comprising mostly of spin)
Rana Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 What is the use of bowling fast (which your team cant do nowadays) when the Windies batsman score more than your batsman against your "strong" bowling attack (comprising mostly of spin) im sorry to say that you lot are more focused on IPL rather than cricket itself, we dont need too many fast bowlers, we bring em when we need them we got them in the reserves. For a joker series like the windies, we rested our top stuff, we done what we had to with minors. Wahab Riaz is as quick as Steyn, if not quicker.

Tanvir Played in the 2nd test but he turned out to be a better batsman than a bowler. Junaid Khan flattered to deceive in the ODI series. Who is this Top stuff that you are talking about?

Cricket Tragic Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 Wahab Riaz and Gul both played in the first test. Tanvir Played in the 2nd test but he turned out to be a better batsman than a bowler. Junaid Khan flattered to deceive in the ODI series. Who is this Top stuff that you are talking about? No one. He's just too embarrassed to admit that this is their best attack.

Junaid Khan flattered to deceive in the ODI series. Who is this Top stuff that you are talking about? He is 19 years old Im 150% sure that Rana Naved, Rao Iftikhar, Anwar Ali etc are capable of ripping batting orders through. They are all good bowlers, Is Sami is used correctly, he is quit a handful (more than Sreesanth could ever be).
ganeshran Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 What is the use of having batsmen with 50+ averages if your team cant win series in Aus' date='SA,SL & Pak for a long time??[/quote'] We respectably drew in SA and Aus.. Have won in SL enough times. Havent played Pak in Pak for a long time. What was Pakistan's record in Australia last time, with Asif, Aamer, Gul, Ajmal and Kaneria in the squad?

They are all good bowlers, Is Sami is used correctly, he is quit a handful (more than Sreesanth could ever be). If they are the top stuff in the Pakistan lineup why havent they been selected for a long time in the squad? Except bowling fast, what was Sami's talent, he literally sprayed the ball all over the pitch. Do you mean to say PCB has been going with a second strung bowling lineup for the last 2-3 years?
Rana Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 We respectably drew in SA and Aus.. Have won in SL enough times. Havent played Pak in Pak for a long time. What was Pakistan's record in Australia last time, with Asif, Aamer, Gul, Ajmal and Kaneria in the squad? We should have won the series had we played with clean intentions. Pakistan Cricket and the talent in the country can do wonders, we have been and can be a super force. It all depends on the player's intentions. This is a bit religious but important, the first Quote of the Prophet recorded in Saheeh Bukhari (book of Quotes) is that deeds are judged upon intentions. If Pakistan and its people cannot operate cleanly, then of course they will suffer.

What has Papistan with its super duper phaaaast bowlers achieved in Test cricket in the last few years?
