The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) force has slapped a bill of Rs 10.87 crore on Maharashtra Government for guarding Kasab at the Arthur Road jail and sought its reimbursement which has stunned the state. RK Bhatia, Director General of ITBP, whose 200 commandos provide 24-hour security to Kasab, has raised the bill received for reimbursement of expenses incurred between March 28, 2009 and September 30,2010. -- We're talking about a guy who along w/ his friends corned 40 guests in a large room and mowed them down w/o mercy.....this included men, women & children -- We're talking about a guy who along w/ his friends tortured the pregnant wife of the Rabbi in the Chabad house for hours before mercilessly killing them along w/ 4 other Israeli residents -- We're talking about a guy whose friends single handedly brought the country to its knees and forced Indians to watch their fellow country men, women and children get slaughtered in front of their eyes, in their own back yard. And yet....He's still alive & living large! Long live Sonia Gandhi

Long live Sonia Gandhi ****in Hell...This is mockery and an absolute disgrace to all those victims of 26/11..The least the Govt could do was to send this guy to his 72 Virgins...Its staggering considering the fact that 11 crores is just the ITBP bill and they are just the inner security ring.. Kasab is a case of the govt and Judiciary doing their best to compete with each other on who is the most incompetent... BTW..on a related topic...What kind of people oppose the execution of monsters like Afzal . They dont belong to this country. The Congress are worse as they are trying to appease these nutjobs...
