Hotspot available in England and Australia- Will we say yes to UDRS for those tours? Our board and players have often argued how having hotspot makes the UDRS complete and cuts down on obvious errors. For our tour to England and Australia over the next 6-9 months, we will have the hotspot available as part of the UDRS, shouldn't we agree to use UDRS for those series? Discuss.

I believe that unless every test series anywhere in the world has the same technology available the UDRS should not be used

If hotspot is guaranteed in England (which it will be), then use it. But I don't think India will use it, because the ultimate decision will be made by players and there are few yet to be convinced.

It is time BCCI accepted UDRS. Just opposing for the sake of it will work against us. going ahead ICC is anyway going to make it compulsory and lack of experience will work against it.

Dharamsena has replaced him :afraid:
I just wanted to focus on the good news. Dharma is a joke. Keep him for Tontee Tontee and other exhibition matches. No room in tests. I'm happy that the ICC is actually looking at results and dropping useless umpires.

Sad for technology...hoping BCCI stupid stand (what can be expected from the idiots in BCCI anyway) dont come back to bite us during important stage in the series.

UDRS is must in these situations where the Umpires realy S U C K in making decesions. Doesn't matter where u play & against whom. When we have UDRS atleast player can't be given out wrongly in almost 90 percent.
