Cricket Tragic Posted June 1, 2011 Posted June 1, 2011 We need to at least draw out the first game. If the English go up in the series I can very well see them laying out roads for us and then we is fecked. We go up and I see us winning this series by a 2 match margin. We've got a practice game this time so I hope we don't gift them the first test like we normally do.
Sid Posted June 1, 2011 Posted June 1, 2011 Yes we are poor starters ,but if we somehow manage to avoid defeat in the 1st test ,then we will surely win this series,as when our team doesnt lose the 1st test in England,we go on to win the sereis, history suggests that :D

I'm no fan of England, but I wouldn't accuse of them preparing roads when they go one up in series. The other thing is, the weather has such a big impact on cricket in England (more than any other cricket playing nation, pretty much), that even a flat track can become difficult to bat on depending on overhead conditions.
SachDan Posted July 30, 2011 Posted July 30, 2011 I'm hearing Sir Beefy decides not to commentate until Trott is taken off the attack! Oh c'mon you are supposed to be a neutral behind the mic, if you can't reach that level at least be a man and loyal to your employers..what a pussy :hysterical:
Sachinism Posted July 30, 2011 Posted July 30, 2011 I'm surprised Botham decided to go off instead of b!tch and moan like he did when Dhoni was bowling #EngVInd
Vijay.Sharma Posted July 30, 2011 Posted July 30, 2011 Hey, why isn't this thread joined to the one about Sky Commentators? O wait, probably they are waiting for Sernai's remark to initiate the process

If yes, who?
