Basically Viru's assault during the last session on the 4th day left India with no other option than to go for a win. I think, apart from Viru's early assault, Sachin's and Yuvraj's clinical finish, we were helped by the fact that Rahul didn't hang around for too long. Who knows had Rahul stayed long enough to score a fifty or a century he would've totally negated Viru's belligerence.
