The remaining percentage will be traded amongst the general market. If a group continues to post buy requests in the market without selling, the share price would start going up. By their own actions to hoard shares they will drive up prices to a prohibitive level which will make their adsense income be able to purchase lesser and lesser number of shares.

The money they are using is actually their own money since they are earning it putting effort. Just because they are using adsense does not make it Google's money. And you are true in what you are saying.
