Dhoni slams Harper for poor decisions

I am waiting this scenario to happen & specially against India for Dhoni & BCCI to start complaining but they themselves asked for it (since no HE & pitch mat will be used). India batting...opposition appeal for LBW & umpire give the batsman out, batsman think he might have hit it...& asked for referral. Ball hit the batsman pad 1st...& then bat. So under the BCCI agreed DRS...umpire decision should be upheld....even when the ball appears to pitch outside leg stump...but we dont know since BCCI have opposed that technology. Cant wait for Dhoni to make some big statements & critize umpires...rather then ask his board to do the right thing

I am not sure of that. The part that shows where the ball pitched is not part of hawkeye AFAIK. Hawkeye is that part that projects the line of the delivery after the point of impact. To play it again in slow motion to show where the ball landed with parallel lines drawn from stump to stump should not be a big deal.

call me cynical, but I find it difficult to empathize with India when they are the biggest roadblock to implementing mandatory UDRS in international matches maybe now that they have started to suffer poor umpiring, their position might change?
