Looks like no one is interested :D The answer is BC Cooray and I am remembered as an umpire who was accused of favouring the English team in a test match played a Kandy in early 2001 ,when I gave 5-6 decisions against SL in that match ,which ultimately cost them the game.That was my last test and I was forced to retire ala Bucknor :P
