We have to pay for our mistakes. Our top players like Zak and Sehwag not being the team has caused this. I'm sure we'll have a proper plan for the second test. Consistency is not losing a single series over the last 3 years. And let's wait before this series is done as well. I remember lot of people like you coming out of the woodwork after the first test in SA only to crawl back into the hole they came from by the time the series was over :haha:

It is dhoni's job to make sure they take as long as possible to get there. Who knows they may start taking risks and fall cheaply.

It was not due to India playing up to expectations but Zaheer getting injured on the 1st day that has been the difference. Just imagine if Zaheer were fit and one of Eng pacers had got injured in the 1st innings. The shoe would have been on the other foot. The difference you think exists between the teams isn't that much and it's the injury to India's key bowler which has transformed the game.

Ultimate_Game Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 Slow down the scoring rate and play for draw. Yup. Take time and overs off the match by going with 8-1 field or asking Bhajji to bowl darts outside leg with 5 fielders on the leg side.
