But I also said that even given USA's super power status it can do nothing to Norway. Power is a quality bestowed upon you by someone/something else. That is my whole point. Strength is internal but power is not. There you go...that's exactly what I am saying too. Power will come if you are string...it has to. So let's focus, as you also said, on strength: internal governance, etc.
