I think it is time to bid them goodbye. Either go on your own or risk getting dropped. India thanks you for your service but it is time to move on. The longer we are waiting the longer we are delaying the obvious. Now that we have lost the no. 1 ranking and we have no chance of getting it back soon. Now is the time. Phase them out gradually. After 0-3 drubbing, every part of the team is out of there waiting to be criticized. You don't become 0-3, esp. the way you have lost the tests comprehensively, due to one or two minor issues that can be corrected easily.
