Brainfade Posted September 8, 2011 Author Posted September 8, 2011 as per the online calorie charts -(I checked unsalted butter) - even butter is not purely 9 cal per gm...even if you take 9 cal /gm - 5KG buttery meal is a bit to much..and given other ingredients would be less than 9 cal/gm... means that one meal is way over 7-8 kgs. You did say "pure" ... :-)!! Your overall point is well-taken. Without a doubt, that meal was ~ 20 lbs; there is no way one person (and the guy didn't weigh 500 lbs.) could have finished that in a sitting.

But yes, if you try eat that (OP) in one sitting ( or even one day) most of it will be excreted.
