on his most active days - even Michael Phelps manages only 12,000 calories.. I wonder how much of it will actually be absorbed..depending upon how long it stays in system... most likely 4-5K(or may be 8-10), rest might just be excreted.

1.2 KG of pure butter = ~ 43K calories.. I wonder what are actual ingredients of this!
That's a scary thought! I've seen the amount of ghee that goes into some mithais! Enough to put you off ladoos for life!

@akshay, CG: 6 kg of pure butter = 54000 Cal. 1 gm of pure butter = 9 Cal ( = 9 kcal). Of course, one colloquial "Calorie" with a capital "C" is actually = 1000 calories (where 1 calorie is the energy needed to increase the temp of 1g of water by 1 deg C).

as per the online calorie charts -(I checked unsalted butter) - even butter is not purely 9 cal per gm...even if you take 9 cal /gm - 5KG buttery meal is a bit to much..and given other ingredients would be less than 9 cal/gm... means that one meal is way over 7-8 kgs.
