Cricket Tragic Posted September 22, 2011 Author Posted September 22, 2011 I asked a related question on the other thread. Chatfield in 87 world cup vs Chetan Sharma Bowled part of the hat-trick.
Cricket Tragic Posted September 22, 2011 Author Posted September 22, 2011 taibu played that game so don't know if flower was keeping or not. You might be correct. I don't remember it for sure. I do remember that Flower was bowled behind his legs by Harby. :cantstop:
Cricket Tragic Posted September 22, 2011 Author Posted September 22, 2011 2nd test 1997 tour of the WI Tendulkar epic :fail: Still to be answered.
vamos_rafa Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 Still to be answered. Was it the barbados test?
Cricket Tragic Posted September 22, 2011 Author Posted September 22, 2011 Was it the barbados test? No that was the 3rd test. The 2nd test was in Trinidad.
vamos_rafa Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 No that was the 3rd test. The 2nd test was in Trinidad. HHe was dismissed for 79 I think. Ca't recall the dismissal mode though.
Cricket Tragic Posted September 22, 2011 Author Posted September 22, 2011 HHe was dismissed for 79 I think. Ca't recall the dismissal mode though. Close He made 88 in Trinidad and was run out by Walsh of all the people. It was an incredible run out. Also made 92 in Barbados and another 80 odd in Guyana (don't remember the exact score but he was c&b by Bishop).
Cricket Tragic Posted September 22, 2011 Author Posted September 22, 2011 Brian Lara in the 1996 WC match against India.
vamos_rafa Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 Close He made 88 in Trinidad and was run out by Walsh of all the people. It was an incredible run out. Also made 92 in Barbados and another 80 odd in Guyana (don't remember the exact score but he was c&b by Bishop). I thought he had scored only 2 50's on that tour. Wasn't that 80 odd in the next tour in guyana? when we were chasing 400+ I think sidhu had also scored 201 at guyana in 1997
vamos_rafa Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 Brian Lara in the 1996 WC match against India. Dismissed for 43 or 44 by Kumble?
Cricket Tragic Posted September 22, 2011 Author Posted September 22, 2011 I thought he had scored only 2 50's on that tour. Wasn't that 80 odd in the next tour in guyana? when we were chasing 400+ I think sidhu had also scored 201 at guyana in 1997 Sidhu was also in Trinidad. SRT made 79 in 2002 at Guyana not in 1997. In 2002, he was LBW trying to pull the ball off the leggie Nagamootoo.
