Are you suggesting, since she works in porn industry, it is every one's right to have nothing less than sex with her? She can't file a case of rape, if someone attempts on her against her consent? The first one - kissing the hand, does not make much of case - but second one, where she clearly said NO - whatever Amar did was very immature, and clearly driven by his dick and not his brains.
