BERGKAMP Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 the iphone software feels so stale and dated now, the core of it has been the same for 4 years now.
Rajiv Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 For Android Users, try software called Assistant myE498nyfGw Try talking dirty to her, she will tell u - lets keep it professional, or cool your heels. Also, hey let me suggest a coffee place instead
Rajiv Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 I think this SIRI or any other voice command app is absolutely useless. Would you rather wait for 3-4 secs to find the weather? today tommorow or whenever. Regular App is better in finding coffee places around ( I mean how many times you get lost than you don't know what coffee shop to go to or a restaurant for that matter ). Text Message? well do it alone or you wanna people to hear what you trying to say? or whisper. Try with different accents? Wanna call someone, just press the contacts name or wait for 2-3 secs, " let me dial your brother"..cmon

When I sit in my car, I turn on driving mode and put my phone down. After that, it's voice activated.. so I dont need to press a button to turn it on.( Thats a big deal, because if I'm gonna press a button on my phone anyway, I might as well press the weather button, or press the contacts button and use that to make a call..) If I say "Hi Galaxy", It turns on, and asks me what I want to do. So this weekend, I was driving past some cops.. and wanted to warn the car behind me that there was nakabandhi.. I said "Hi Galaxy", and it asked me what I wanted to do... I just said Call XYZ, and it made the call, and automatically turned on the speakerphone. My hands didnt even come off the wheel. The cops thought I was talking to my co-passenger. If I get a text, it tells me I have a text, and whether I want it read out to me or not. If I get a call, it tells me who has called, etc etc. I can start my music, etc as well.
Rajiv Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 SIRI has car mode? Also when its VM activated, can u hear music? coz its always waiting for command
Holysmoke Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 SIRI has car mode? Also when its VM activated, can u hear music? coz its always waiting for command I'm not talking of SIRI, I'm talking of voice talk in my galaxy S2. No, once the phone starts playing music, voice talk is automatically turned off.
Rajiv Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 ^^I know abt that..then whats the point. I though there was something special, I turned it on as well - played music then it starts searching so u have to be quiet
