Yesterday a customer greeted me in a very stern voice with "I don't want to talk to you" I just said "no problem sir in that case I will get on of my collegues to call you back". :-)

On friday I called a customer thanked him for being a loyal customer he said "Loyal what choice do I have?" I said "Well sir we do appreciate your loyalty" he said "you havent answered my question, what choice do I have?" I said "Sir it is a competetive market there is always choice but we are delighted that you have stayed with us" He said "I cannot have AOL I don't want Sky" I said "Well Sit if you don't want Sky that is a choice isn't it?" He agreed to stay with us for another year so helped boost my statistics :-)

Got to be proud of my fellow Indians today was had an incentive and the put a vast amount of momey in a safe for every sale you a chance to guess the 4 digit combination the odds on doing it are so slim!" But my friend from Punjab pulled it off and won the prize, when the CEO found out who is from NYC he was like "whhaaaaaat thats F***ING BULL sH**"

Do you have an english sounding name when you talk to customers? I get connected to someone with a desi accent and I hear.."this is Bob, Mary...." :hmmm:
