So I called someone yesterday (English Guy) and he agreed to buy the product, kept me on the phone for 30 mins was very polite! Right at the end of the call he said he never wanted it and he just said that because he hated people who do my job and wanted to waste me time and it was all a joke! I was very very angry but cannot show it, so even though I had not put the sale through I said "Sorry sir you agreed to the terms and this sale has already been processed" He went crazy "this effing country im sick of it, I am fed up of being ripped off in this country they never give us nothing" He went on and on ranting for 5 minutes I just let him! Then I paused and said "Oh by the way sir I was just joking"

I think now that you have his number, you should register it on all tele marketing sites so that he is continuously called and texted. Let him try and waste 30 mins on each call.

Its not that easy Mariyamben :--D They ask for a confirmation code that they SMS on the mobile phone to be registered, otherwise anyone could just randomly put in gazillion numbers and start annoying people around :giggle:

So in the end, the conclusion goes that you wasted your precious 35 mins for that stupid caller ? It is imperative that the caller had no work to do and he called in just to have fun, but you were in business, you had no time to waste on him, did you? And what did you get after saying that the sale is processed - he wont give you his address or other details to send in the product, so it was you who was the loser on both the occassions :phehehe:

Lovely idea in theory! but if I did that I would be in breach of the Data Protection act in the UK which is a serious thing here! You cannot pass on someone's details without their permission!

I was pretty much close to hitting my target for the day which is all I need to do! I was not going to get the sale once he tells me it is a joke! But at least i was able to give him some payback and make him sweat before telling him I did not process it
