Bahrain & Dubai are not oil-based anymore-havnt been for the last 15-20 yrs(Bahrain can barely take care of its own oil needs today) and they are far better than Israel in lifestyle. And Israel had billions of dollars of charity from Uncle Sam that arab nations didnt have. So no wonder Israel has done okay despite being a genocidal and illegal nation- it exists on charity from Uncle Sam!

Be that as it may, many Arab countries have also benefited greatly from American aid - eg; Egypt. A country which receives $1.3 mil in military aid and a further $600 mil as economic aid.

America actually favours arab countries over others when it comes to donating foreign aid...:wink_smile:
