Blue-no1 Posted January 21, 2012 Posted January 21, 2012 While discussing hot spot and Hawkeye- the simple thing like slow motion replays is being overlooked. Ajmal's Howler being the case point. Any one who saw the replay knew he was not out and was well set. Rules need to consider slo mo replays as being conclusive and not inconclusive .
badmash Posted January 21, 2012 Posted January 21, 2012 Strauss one was especially retarded. Dont know what conclusive evidence they were looking for when there was no mark on Hotspot Ajmal's one was wrong too, but in it Hotspot wasnt available. they went by the noise in stauss' case...bat was far away from body and there was noise as ball went past the bat.hence was given out...cant really be 100 percent sure if it was indeed out
