Ch 9 has some weird a*se rating system based off the Moneyball movie (the Brad Pitt one).... Dumb as but they rated both teams and I see viru is rated at 89 out of 100 which is the equal highest rating in cricket (with Chris Gayle)... Interstingly VK is rated 66 so hes just a cricketer on those ratings lol :haha:

And why would you be... sure cashflow is great while it lasts but you are appointed with people lauding your arrival... you are considered a hero.... first loss and people are throwing paint' date=' burning e***ies, copping abuse.... [b']India go through coaches like most teams go through bats.... Why would any self respecting individual put themselves in the position of beig smashed by Indians because the coach didn't win every game for the side (it happens and denial of this fact is half the problem).... I think Fletcher is a terrible coach with a terrible record and am amazed India appointed him in the first place.... India has already sacked some great coaches for absolutely ludicrous reasons generally being in denial of the real reason.... Put it this way, the coach is there to provide a plan and ensure the playrs know it.... The coach does not hold the bat or play the dumb shots that saw Indians get out, He did not bowl the planless rubbish the likes of Ishant dished up.... he did not set the fields, drop the catches, misfield the balls, that was ALL the players themselves... I heard Viru talking about individual this and individual that yesterday.... this is a team game, there is a team plan - there is no "I" in team albeit there is clearly one in Team India.... The sooner the players are accountable for bad performances by being dropped immediately irrespective of name, as soon as the blame game (its always the coach, the BCCI and the captain - gernerally in that order), the better off and more likely of success abroad Indian cricket will be
