So don't rule out any post coalition or any back door agreement ...Could be my conspiracy theory..But won't rule out EVM rigging to help SP win or get close (and INC giving them support at the State level)

Unfortunately, these figures seem to indicate more anti congress feelings than anything else. Seems like Congress is gonna get a first shot at forming ut'khand govt.

Goswami jumped instantly and said "are you trying to break BSP utt'khand from BSP UP". bloody brilliant. Prasad was visibly upset.

BJP started very well early at one time both BJP and SP were 30-30 but slipped later on mainly in rural area's
