CG Posted April 3, 2012 Posted April 3, 2012 I heard today ipl chairman rajiv shukla gave a interview and he was asked what are the innovations they have looked for this season The fat fool said- 1-we will have owners play 10 over matches before the real matches 2-we will have owner vs cricketer matches,where we will see who hits bigger sixes.:hysterical: 3-We have instrusted groundsman to only make flat pitches ,No team monopoly will be there. I would take the third point as its only cricket related one ,the pitches are what allows variety and allows each team to have an individual style -Rajasthan for ex will favour a turner at home while delhi a bit of green track .Its further diminshes the home and away rule. Also With performances of indian team going downhill and last seasons low trps for ipl and low turnout.This is going to worst one yet.
