Boundaries completely unguarded. -Raina and Dhoni struggling to hit a boundary off Shakib in the last over -Bravo failing to bowl yorkers in the last over -Hilfenhaus failing to bowl yorkers in the second last over
superstar Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 HUssey catch is not a citi moment of failure. How can you forget the great Murali flight taking off and leaking 1 run.
JourneyMan Posted May 27, 2012 Author Posted May 27, 2012 HUssey catch is not a citi moment of failure. All he had to do was to lob it behind him to save 4 runs, maybe even 5. How can you forget the great Murali flight taking off and leaking 1 run. I blame the retard who bowled the no ball
Ultimate_Game Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 -Hussey taking half the innings to get from 50 to 54 -Ashwin getting absolutely hammered -Bravo finishing a decent over with two wides and a 6 -Hussey taking a catch at the boundary, falling down and throwing the ball in the wrong direction -Dhoni standing miles away from the stumps and throwing the ball backwards through his legs (x2) -Hilfenhaus bowling a no ball in the penultimate over -Bringing all the fielders in when the batsmen required 9 runs off the over. Boundaries completely unguarded. -Raina and Dhoni struggling to hit a boundary off Shakib in the last over Don't blame Hussey catch as a failure. That was an amazing piece of athleticism. In fact if Hussey hadn't been at the boundary it would have been a 6. It was Hussey who even managed to create a half-chance there. A better canddate would have been the Bisla catch dropped by Hifenhaus off the bowling of Ashwin at short fine leg. Again it was a very tough chance but it was much easier than the Hussey half-chance.
CSK Fan Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 Lol at trying to malign Hussey's attempt. I would like to see you throing something in the right direction when you are tripping and falling Also for Dhoni, the throws were so wide of the stupms that Dhoni was forced to reach them, if he was standing at the stumps, both the throws would have gone past him
yoda Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 it was an epic final, no moments of failure, just few moments of could have been better.
CSK Fan Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 I blame the retard who bowled the no ball A simple presence of mind would have denied KKR the extra run, prevented Shakib from being on strike and may even have got CSK the victory. What is more retarted, a bowler bowling a high full-toss while trying a yorker, or a fielder not having the presence of mind that a high full toss might be a no-ball and then running off with the ball?
Ultimate_Game Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 it was an epic final' date=' no moments of failure, just few moments of could have been better.[/quote'] Well said. It was a match which KKR won than which CSK lost.
jairamesh Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 HUssey catch is not a citi moment of failure. How can you forget the great Murali flight taking off and leaking 1 run. this still cracks me up:hysterical::hysterical: now the fourth time. what an idiot :hysterical:
Sidhoni Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 The throws were not good and hence MSD had to make up for them. And that Hussey catch/six was not a failure. He tried his best, it was very tough. And remember, he is 37!
skindia Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 vijay's catch on no ball where he gave 2 runs...thats turning point...even 1 run would have turned the game in csk's favour
skindia Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 they prepared pitch to decode narine but that backfired as ashwin also failed...ashwin would have been more successful had they prepared bowling pitch
cameron_black Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 -Hussey taking a catch at the boundary, falling down and throwing the ball in the wrong direction -Dhoni standing miles away from the stumps and throwing the ball backwards through his legs (x2) i think you deserve the CITI moment of failure award. no, make it SILLY moment of success.
Executioner Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 honestly speaking the team combination wasnt the best. hilfy is not a bowler for T20s, morkel and bravo are part timers

That arrogant douche didn't know what had struck him. And Vijay's celebration :hysterical:
skindia Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 bollinger is also big match player like raina but they ignored him.
achilles Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 bollinger is also big match player like raina but they ignored him. Bollinger was sent back home. Dhoni sirf ugte suraj ko salaam karta hai.
