:hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: Oh the irony... Raghav concerned about Women's rights :cantstop:
It's not about my views or my concerns. Nor I put this link out of any concern. The main thing was to expose a lie. A leader who claims big things about respect to women in public, didn't even give basic respect.

Using all of state police machinery to stalk a woman who has nothing to do with national security is ok for Namorons. But a minister who requests and begs state police to raid illegal drug mafia on behalf of residents is not ok for them
Namorons..:cantstop:

Firstly, Modi did not abandon his wife. The separation was mutual. It was not a valid marriage in the first place, both being 17 years at the time of marriage. To be fair to AAP (unlike some supporters here) - they have not stooped to the abysmally low level of Congress on this issue. It is a blunder by the Congress - but then they don't seem to have much to lose by the looks of it.
Of course namorons can find some legal loopholes to absolve Modi of abandoning wife. Not that it matter to me as a voter, but when he abandoned her , he was an adult and he left her without giving her an option. I am sure she must have suffered all her life due to this runaway husband.

Again, who is the aggrieved party ? In case of Modi, no woman has complained of stalking. In the case of AAP multiple women have said that they were accosted by Somnath Bharti and his goons and made to urinate on the road in the middle of the night and then forcibly taken to the hospital to administer a drug test which came out to be negative. Somnath Bharti faces a legal case registered by the victims. No woman has complained of stalking by the Gujarat government. That is the difference between criminal and clean, AAPtards !

There was no separation. It was abandonment. If there was any separation, Modi wouldn't have been forced to put her name on affidavit. Modi probably decided to join RSS soon after marriage. You can't grow in RSS with a family so he decided to abandon without getting separated in proper way.

Who is complaining AAPtard ? There is no legal case by anyone. Or are you imagining things in your delirium ? AAPtards like to see women urinate on the road in the middle of the night I guess. That is why Somnath Bharti is their idol !

Stalking law is very clear. Complaint or no complaint, govt cannot stalk an individual without permission form MHA. Also do you think it is ok to use police machinery to stalk a woman when every state in India suffers from shortage of police personnel?

As far as how the separation went, his wife has said that it was her decision to leave:

These are the same AAP who support khap panchayats who give two hoots about womens' right and especially young women, same khap panchayats who would happily back the Azam Khan's disgusting comments. So it is no surprise when AAP see nothing wrong in child marriage or women being forced to urinate in public.

As far as I know, and according the lady in question herself, whatever was done was with her full consent. So what is the problem I do not understand. But as an AAPtard and a bhakt of Somnath Bharti, you sure are OK with women being accosted by goons in the middle of the night and made to urinate on the road. Even better if they are dark skinned, eh ?

The supposed brother-in-law says in the clip: “He (Modi) lived in Kalavasudev Chachar Vadnagar after he married. They stayed together for three years, but one night he suddenly left home. People might think why we are talking all these things after so many years. But Jashodaben always wanted it that way. We tried to meet him on several occasions but were not allowed by people around him. She always believed that as a wife she is in that relationship even if her husband has turned into an enemy.”

As far as how the separation went' date=' his wife has said that it was her decision to leave:[/quote'] Only of girl or boy approaches the court within 2 years of reaching adulthood, marriage will be void. Else marriage is not legally annulled. Dont bring your own law.

When I came to Vadnagar to live with his family, he told me “why did you come to your in-laws’ house when you are still so young, you must instead focus on pursuing your studies”. The decision to leave was my own and there was never any conflict between us. http://www.financialexpress.com/news/narendra-modis-wife-jashodaben-finally-speaks-i-like-to-read-about-him-%28modi%29...-i-know-he-will-become-pm/1222311/2
So a young Modi gave the child bride an ultimatum to go back to her home to pursue her studies. And ironically the young Modi gets crucified for turning his back on the young girl and letting her study! Well done to Anti-Modistas for seeing how Modi was a poor husband.

Namorons cant understand because they think police machinery can be used for their whims and fancies, but law is very clear on this. I cannot go and approach a minister to stalk me and use police machinery for the same. A govt has to work for public good, not to help some acquaintance because she has no problem with it. It is height of nepotism and illegal .

So you don't believe a direct quote from the wife herself. Any wife can file a case of abandonment. She can do it even now. But she has not. Instead she is perfectly at peace with the separation which was mutual. And in any case, it was a child marriage.
Child marriage is perfectly legal if they decides to not annul the marriage within 2 years of reaching adulthood. He lived with her for three years and ran way without giving her an option. I am sure she must have suffered all her life battling questions about her marital life. As I said these things between couples doent matter to me as a voter.
