If he is born in Australia then how much time he needs to spend in India to qualify for playing in Ranji or team India?

As a normal PIO (Person of Indian Origin) he needs to live in India for 5 years to qualify for Indian citizenship. Perhaps our MP can help to fast-track it :giggle:
