Please tell me who have critiqued this so-called scholarly opinion first to determine how centered this opinion is and not presenting just one side of the story. But then again, your two-bit novellist that you call geo-strategic thinkers surely have some amazing sources, since they are leading you to conclusions that RAW/CID have no inkling about ( such as you knowing about the nature of chinese control of CPM in India and yet RAW not having a clue). I don't care much for your opinion regarding it as the best system humanity has invented to date though. Social Democracy was comprehensively discredited in 1914 when most members of The Second International rushed to declare their support for the Imperialist First World War. Further to this Bernstein's and Kautsky's approach was given a reality check when Adolf Hitler became Chancellor of Germany in 1933.
