New Forum for Cricket Rules, Format and Technology

Can we have a new forum for rules, format of the game, series, or big ICC tournament, Schedule and list of all new terms that were introduced by ICC etc. It can be well classified by 20-20, ODI, Test etc. Lately there have been many things that have been introduced. It will be a nice reference point if we could have. Many discussions on each newly introduced rules and stuff... Hawkeye, Hot Spot all these terms can be explained with their videos and what they mean in terms of cricket. Is it too much to do that???

I'm not sure if that requires a new "Forum", since it's just one-way information and doesn't involve discussions as such. Probably we can setup a wiki-sorta glossary section about Cricket terminology.

I hate to got to Crapinfo all the time just to find some pathetic headlines, and India bashing... Thanks Varun. Anything that would meet the needs of ICFian would do it.
