Sehwag the next test captain?

For a start he can do that in the Irani Trophy itself. Not sure if he will do it though. As for him having a productive 2-3 years, unfortunately we play most of our series till 2015 away from home in SA, NZ, Eng and Aus. Going by Sehwag's performance there despite being in decent form, its difficult to see him score runs irrespective of where he bats. Not sure how the captaincy will help him not to throw away starts as he himself said yesterday "I will not change my batting style".

He will score runs if he bats in the middle order,His game is suited for that.Opening is the most difficult job we have seen when we had a good attack we always got the opp openers cheaply. Shewag has been indias best opener by a distance after gavaskar .He deserves a chance to bat in middle order like when he debuted and scored a century in sa.He should be captain.
