Rahane/Jadeja and ignored cricketers

Who would you take for Tests, ODIs, and T20s? Rahane is clearly better in Tests due to his first-class average, but Jadeja has 3 triple centuries. Limited-overs I think Jadeja is better. And why does the selection panel keep ignoring Rahane, Tiwary, Rayudu and others? :facepalm:

all 3 players should play ODIs and Tests for India. But only Rahane and Rayudu should play T20s
