MSD's mentality of "lets make sure we dont lose and then try to chase a win" is the biggest problem :wall:

Unfortunately lots of captains are like this nowadays. May there is too much at stake? ICC can encourage wins by assigning more points for a win. If you get 0 for loss, 2 for draw and 4 for win, the risk of going for a win is a bit high. If you get 0 for loss, 2 for draw and 8 for win, a draw is no longer a satisfying attainment and captains will push for that highly lucrative win.
