Is Dinda a bowling machine ?

I watched few IPL matches involving Pune. Opponents have tonked their bowling a lot, especially Dinda. He just comes in,the batters hit a four or six and he resumes usual service.Wickets come by chance, not by setting up the batsmen. It makes me wonder whether he actually thinks or is he just a machine. I reckon Pune Warriors will need two wicket keepers and 18 fielders to keep his economy rate below 10.
