Would we see bilateral tours consisting primarily of Tests and 20-20s?

Would we see bilateral tours consisting primarily of Tests and 20-20s? I sure hope so. ODIs are neither here nor there (neither action packed, nor pure skill test like Tests). I think a lot of the current Future Tours Program by ICC has been scheduled before they realized popularity of 20-20. I sure hope to see tours dominated by Tests and 2020. Maybe an odd ODI or so. Sure there will be some ODIs where last 10 overs are exciting and close. I'm not saying no, but still...Test and 2020 will be good combo.

Maybe in the future but for now ICC has restricted the amount of twenty20's I believe.
