Has re-moulded his action and his last surgery was successful. Doran won't be rushed, but is playing in the BBL and in the Shield this season. He is unavailable for the ODD games as there are restrictions due to his age. Behrendorff is ordinary, quote me on that. Limited, will only bowl well with a new ball and when there is swing. Cannon fodder when it is flat. Hazelwood is more highly regarded internally, and there is another opening bowler for WA (Paris) who is rated higher too. Then you add Cummins, etc. Mitch Marsh is our next all rounder, a better version of that hack Faulkner. Thankfully Faulkner won't even be in the ODI side, I can't deal with him bowling pies.

for Sri Lanka Angelo Perera has to step up, but unlike many hard working SL batsman this guy is lazy and more in to professional studies than cricket. Finest player of spin I have seen after Shewag. When indians couldn't buy a run against Mendis, this fell8w was tearing him apart in practice matches. Since then he has regressed a bit, but still have plenty of talent. Tharindu Kaushal is an exciting off break bowler. Will see him soon in national colors.

But he must have got some game, which must have impressed all and sundry in the East Zone! And he did not do bad in the only game he got for his zone. PS: T20s were never a yardstick I went by to measure a batsman's success and his capabilities in general. Not yesterday, not today, not ever. If that was the case I would have had Yusuf Pathan as an India regular !

I don't know, if I''m watching a young guy breaking in in FC in England I'd be happy with those figures after 7 games. I would want to see development and at least 1 century by 15 games. I mean Root came to India on his first tour with an FC average of 38 if I remember rightly.
