If someone becomes BCCI President he cant be a puppet anymore because he doesnt need anyone after that.So every President acts according to his will.

As per Times Now BCCI tried to make the PIL look motivated prompting the SC to make above observation. The SC also said that "Whether Srinivasant wants to sit in and preside over liquidation of cricket".

It most likely looks like curtains for Srinivasan as a BCCI president ... "at least". Also, Meiyappan/Kundra will face criminal charges - but I don't think they will be much.

Otherwise the names will only be in the context of players being interviewed as part of the investigation - no harm in revealing this since I am sure the many big players as well as owners from all teams would have been questioned just to get a clear picture of the whole thing.

Trying to teach the SC law. And time and again trying to force the SC to reinstate Srini.When will he know that it doesnt work with the SC.

SC judge: It's really incomprehensible on his part that a BCCI official who runs the Board also owns a team. SC to BCCI: How will you take action against ex Prez when he is standing again for next term?
