Actually that statement bothers me. Are you telling me other Leagues, T-20 Tournaments don't have to comply with Chucking Rules ? This is where I want BCCI and Big 3 to step up, and bring the hammer down. The message should be loud and clear - "chuck the chuckers or we will chuck you out" !

For the T20 leagues, it is the job of the respective board to enforce chucking rules...I am not sure ICC can monitor all the franchise T20 leagues and domestic T20 like Faisal Bank series, Bank Alafalah and god knows what more... BCCI has obviously started taking chucking seriously with the Champions League tournament held in India recently...given that CSA and CA are also partners of the Champions League, I think it is possible that the next Big Bash league will have Malik called ( unless he restrains himself )...
