Brilliant stuff BB ! Looking at the bowled stats , I would think VVS would have somehow made to the top of the list had we averaged the bowled dismals by number of innings .

actually its good that Kumble is onlyh playing in test cricket... he can surely play for another 18 months or so...in top form. we are playing some 15+ tests in next 18 months... also i would like to see Kumble taking Piyush Chawla as his understudy and guide him in few test series... After Kumble..Piyush is the one..who is most likely to pick his batton..

Great work there, Boss. The numbers clearly show that Kumble has been the best bowler against the all conquering Aussie lineup(along with Ambrose but his number of wickets are quite less) which has been loaded with great batsmen over the past few years. It will be a fitting tribute to him when he reaches 100 test wickets against them during this series becoming the only bowler by some distance to have such a record against perhaps the best ever cricket team.
