This was a name given to him by the English press. He had quite a poor reputation there at Lancs. Showed up to a match wearing pink shoes (p issing all over the dress code in the process), called Michael Atherton a "fag", and refused to go out for drinks. He once scored a fifty and pointed the bat at the dressing room, only to notice that there was no one there. What a great guy ! :two_thumbs_up:

^^ it was red shoes yeh he is a snotty guy, but we still love him lol he had problems with flintoff while at lancs, u see that competition between them whenever they play each other good thing about him, he dont take no BS from no1 and i guess some people dont like that

Flintoff got owned by Gangulaaay. Remember him stepping out to hit him over the top again and again in that Natwest Series final ? What an innings that was. Each shot was FUELLED by RAGE.

a lot of it was to do with the fact that flintoff and lanc team liked to go for drinks etc after games... Ganguly was not going for drinking sessions etc with the lads and good on him.. It was a bit of a pack mentality going on at Lancashire.
