Ireland MUST win vs Pak to confirm QF berth. If that happens, then WI must beat UAE by a good margin. Although margin of win would depend on the result of Ireland-Pak. Assuming the smallest of margins of victory for Ire(in terms of runs), WI would've to win by around 75-80 runs against UAE (or if they are batting second, depends on actual UAE score). Pak will exit then. If Ireland loses their QF, then Pak is confirmed, and WI will have to just merely beat UAE to qualify. Go Ireland go!
