Yes the ball swung a little towards the end but Hodge was there to catch that one. Benaud is saying it was a better catch because Hodge lost his cap at the last minute but he still caught it :wall: At best that was a decent catch and catches such as this has to be held at international level. In fact Hodge didn't even need to put in a dive for that one.

Ponting must have been pissed as he pointed this out the last time around but Austrlia still struggling to bowl well in the death. Kudos to NZ for continuing to produce runs and peaking possibly at the right time.

Ponting showed his class by just tapping on the leg within the cirlce and picked 2 runs as there was none to stop in the ball inside circle. The next one is dispatched about 25 rows into the crowd for a huge six against Vettori. This pushes Slater into Rameez mode. :mad:
