BERGKAMP
people can bump this thread all they want. bhajji is s.hit and nowhere near good enough to be playing test cricket. he will have 0% impact in this and any future test matches he plays. fricking useless he is. why oh why do we continue to pick this joker?!!!!!!!!! arghhhhhh!!!!! fineleg
Bhajji: 20 overs 61 runs and 0 wickets. Irfan Pathan would not have done worse, atleast Pathan's batting would have bolstered us. Link to comment
fineleg
I do not think Bhajji bowled that badly....i saw the match live. Even the commentators felt likewise. Surely' date=' as a cricket fan, you'd know its wiser to look beyond the cold stats.[/quote'] I saw some of HS bowling too. He bowled well mainly towards end of the day to Brad Hogg and Mitchell Johnson. Rest of the time it was One-Day bowling - economical, flat and firing it in. Won't help in Test matches against quality opposition to take wickets. Link to comment
arkay
He bowled crap to Hayden and Jacques. He is bowling flat and fastish spin. He does not turn the ball. He needs to vary by flight and crease similar to how Kumble did. This is the only way, you can take wickets. Not bowling flat. Link to comment
Hawkeye
The problem is that he persists the defensive and ineffective line of bowling over the wicket especially the left handers. It really makes no sense and merely allows the new batsman to get in without having to worry about playing a shot at most of the deliveries. Link to comment
suraj
He needs to be a wicket taker Link to comment
