The tournament seemed more professionally presented last year. This yesr it seems to be more like locally organized inter town tournament in India. Kind of like a North Nagpur Vs South Nagpur type of thing. Jazz it up, Bangladesh and pay attention to small details including aesthetics. This tournament could really become attractive (even without the sport's biggest names) given how cricket mad Bangladeshis have become.
