Boult has been the bowler of the tournament so far for me. He has got more top order wickets then Shami for sure.

Also not to forget, he has played one game less and have also bowled in Aus for most part of this WC where the pitches have had nothing for the bowlers. Commendable performances from him indeed :hatsoff:
