I agree , this is the exact reason why Kohli fails horribly.  Even Dhoni wasn't afraid to experiment but Kohli sticks to the same 11 regardless of the opposition - might as well not even preview the pitch or anything else if you want to play the same 11

Pakistani showed spine by playing different 11 for each game -  Horses for courses -  Kohli is very rigid in his mindset
