Need new selectors

   This is a phenomenon which have crept  in the last 4-5 years but we are able to sense it only now  .

   Never thought there could be something when same set of players use to get selected again and again and very few chances given

  to others . Thought may be Captain is seeing something in a player which we could not .

  How many new players were tried for places where some deadwood are preferred ?  

  Seems like there is a deliberate attempt not to give playing chance to youngsters who are in direct competition for places currently occupied  by these deadwoods/ non -performers .     

 If some one is not vying for such places , then only that youngster is given chance   -- like Hardik Pandya , Bhumra 

    You cam make out 3-4 cases even in the current team
