in fact debuts for any players in t20 format is not ideal frankly 

Also couldn't plan the inning at all. Tried to thump every ball for a six. At this stage, after having played so many long innings, should have known that its not possible to six every ball. And he also knew that he was the last specialist bat with Kohli at crease. Still couldn't take responsibility as lacked the maturity or clarity or both. 

How can these players be developed? International cricket is no place to come and start from abc...Its a big trouble as our domestic cricket is not upto the mark and even IPL is far far below the standards of T20I.
