Cricketics
Guys, it all starts Friday and this can be a really tough yet interesting Davis Cup Tie for us. Shapovalov and Pospisil seem to be the two players who will play singles for Canada. Both are beatable though Shapovalov is a great upcoming star for Canada and world tennis and will start as favorite against both Yuki and Ramkumar. From what I saw of Yuki in Washington DC, he is surely capable of upsetting Shapovalov after he beat Monfils and took Anderson to 3rd set and gave him hard time. Ramkumar too has played some brilliant tennis. So this can be a really good battle between our players and Canada. Canada is still favorite to pull of wins as our guys are not used to 5 setters and with Canada playing at home, there will be advantage Canada in big 5 setters with the crowd rooting for them. Also we do not have the doubles advantage anymore. Bopanna isn't the same player what Paes used to be in the early days of his and him pairing with Saketh Mynenii or Purav Raja isn't the best combination for Davis cup for me. All the best to the Indian team. It will be surely fun tie to watch. kumar713
Cricketics
Ram Kumar starting things off for India against Schnur. It's on serve. Guys in India can watch on Neo Sports while people overseas, its showing on Sportsnet in Canada.
Cricketics
Ramkumar dropped first set but came back strong to win the next 3 and put India 1-0 in the 5 match tie. We got where we wanted, our first win. However, a big game coming up for Yuki Bhambri against Shapovalov. If Bhambbri can win this, we are winning this tie agains Canada for sure by tomorrow or on day 5 as Bhambri will surely beat Schnur on Day 5. Lets go Yuki. Lets go India.
